Relaxation Massage~ Swedish and circulatory massage strokes promote body and mind relaxation. It will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated. This style of massage can be experienced in a lighter or stronger style.
Deep Tissue Massage~ Massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Trigger point and neuromuscular techniques are incorporated.
Acupressure and Shiatsu~ Shiatsu is an age-old Eastern art that combines the techniques of energy flow, meridian massage, acupressure and stretching. Direct pressure is applied to points along the meridians (energy channels) of the body. Releases blocked energy and restores well being.
Pregnancy Massage~Relieve weight-bearing tension, increase circulation and reduce swelling while relaxing yourself and the baby.
