No two massages are the same. Each time a session starts, the goal is to first calm the nervous system, then stretch and lengthen the various soft tissues of the body. As the massage progresses, the therapist must listen with his hands and trust his intuition to allow a profound experience to unfold within the client. Suggested session times: 45 minutes for specific areas such as the upper back, lower back, legs or the hand/arms. 1 hr 15 min session is required for a detailed full back which includes scalp, neck, shoulders, upper/mid/lower back. A 1 hr 15 min full body massage offers a complete massage but does not allow the extra time needed to work on problem areas. 1 hr 45 min full body session offers a complete full body massage while allowing the extra time needed to work on problem areas.
