Support Groups & Classes

We offer a wide range of Support Groups and Classes. The ones not listed here can be found on our main site at www.lexmed.com

Here is a list of what we have to reserve here, visit often as more classes and times are added in the future.

Baby Classes

Your Special Delivery: A four session class designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. Meets once a week for four weeks. Cost: $50.
.......Saturday Session: A one session class designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. Meets one Saturday per month. Cost: $50.

Infant/Child CPR Class: Learn how to perform CPR, respond to choking and discuss related safety issues for infants or children. No written test required. Cost $10 per family.

Breast-feeding: Covers the advantages of breast-feeding. Learn tips and techniques as well as weaning and returning to work. No cost.

Super Sibling: Designed to help children between the ages of 3-10 prepare for the arrival of your new baby. No Cost.

Caring for You and Your Baby: Learn how to care for you and your baby after delivery. No cost.

Safe Sitter: Ready to be a babysitter? Babysitting is an important job. It's about more than making money. You need life and safety skills to take care of and protect children. Safe Sitter® can teach you so you'll know what to do!
$40 per student

Other Classes

Preparing for Total Joint Replacement: Learn about your care after surgery, pain management, exercise and rehabilitation. No cost.

Preparing for Hysterectomy: Prepares you for upcoming surgery and teaches you how to take care of yourself afterwards. No cost.
