Welcome to the Santa at Phipps Online Appointment System!

Important Update!

Last year we had over 500 customers who either did not show up or had booked duplicate appointments. In a effort to help keep this from happening this year we will be charging a $15 appointment fee. Of this fee $10 will be applied towards the purchase of your picture package/dvd at the time of your visit. The $5 difference will cover website services, the appointment system and credit card fees.

We feel confident that this will help allow as many children to visit with Santa during this Christmas Season as possible.

Everyone must Register! You cannot use last years’ User Name/Password. We reset the database every year to insure accuracy so please re-register.

Please make sure you “unblock” the email address santaatphipps@bellsouth.com from any spam guard as that will be the email address that confirmations and reminders will be sent from.

Each appointment slot is per family not per child. Extended families and/or groups should book an additional appointment in the same time slot. Please contact us if there are questions regarding large groups.

If you have an appointment and need to change it please email or CONTACT US through our website We will do everything we can to reschedule your appointment.

This reservation may not be transferred in any manner without the express written consent of Big Shot. Any attempt to sale, trade or transfer this reservation without the express written consent of Big Shot will void this reservation. No refunds will be provided for void or unused reservations.

We reserve the right to cancel any appointments found to violate these guidelines.
